Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. carrots
2 c. potatoes
1 medium onion
1 large stalk celery
4 c. milk
1 c. diced American cheese
dash of pepper and salt
Preparation
-
Dice all vegetables.
Cook together in enough water to barely cover until tender.
Add milk and cheese, pepper and salt and heat until cheese is melted.
