Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
small can taco sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Mix all other ingredients into a bowl. Layer casserole dish with torn tortillas.
Pour half of mixture over tortillas.
Then add generous layer of cheese.
Repeat the torn tortillas, mixture and cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
