10 Minute Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut up in strips
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    1 (16 oz.) thawed vegetable medley
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet.
    Add chicken breast strips.
    Stir in Hidden Valley dressing. Mix to coat chicken. Add thawed out vegetables and water.
    Stir-fry about 2 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Serve over rice.
