Ultimate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. whole milk Ricotta cheese
    16 oz. sour cream
    4 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 beaten egg whites
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Cream the cheeses together. Add other ingredients and mix well. Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a 10-inch spring-form pan over graham crust.
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes. Turn oven off and allow to rest in oven 10 minutes before opening oven door. Cool cake in oven. Serve after 1 to 2 days for ripening of flavor.
