Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. heavy or whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract

In heavy, 2-quart saucepan, heat whipping cream, sugar, chocolate and corn syrup over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stirring occasionally. Cook 4 to 5 minutes longer until sauce thickens slightly (mixture should be gently boiling), stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat. Stir in margarine and vanilla until smooth. Serve immediately or cool completely. Cover and refrigerate. Do not cover sauce until it is cold. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
