Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 ripe avocados
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    salt and pepper
    mayonnaise
    1 tomato, diced
    1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    After peeling and removing seeds from avocados, mash them to desired consistency.
    Add all ingredients.
    Use as much mayonnaise as needed.
    Chill and serve.
