Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled chicken, meat picked from bones
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced or cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 large bag Doritos or tortilla chips (I use tortilla cheese flavored chips)
chili powder (optional)
Preparation

Mix the tomatoes, soups, Velveeta cheese and onion.
Put a layer of chicken, a layer of chips and layer of the mixed ingredients.
Sprinkle with chili powder (optional).
Make two layers of each.
Top with crushed chips.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cover loosely with foil to prevent chips from burning.
