Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash browns (Ore-Ida)
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 onion, chopped finely
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
16 oz. (2 c.) sour cream (nonfat)
2 c. cornflakes, crushed and mixed with 1/2 ??? melted margarine
Preparation

Mix all except cornflakes.
Put in a 3-quart casserole. Spread cornflakes and margarine on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
