Pumpkin Pudding(Budin De Calabaza) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pumpkin, peeled and cut in pieces
    4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart glass baking dish. Cook pumpkin rapidly in water and salt, covered, for 20 minutes. Drain and put pumpkin through a potato ricer.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix.
    Turn mixture into baking dish and bake about 40 minutes.
