Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. boneless, skinless chicken
5 to 6 tsp. olive oil
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and brown 2 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and sauce has thickened.
Serve over pasta.
