Hot Chicken Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, diced cubes (2 breasts)
2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. green pepper
2 tsp. minced pimento (jar)
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients but cheese and potato chips.
Put into greased casserole (1 1/2-quart size).
Top with cheese and chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
