West Indies Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh crab meat
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. ice water
1 onion, chopped fine
lemon pepper and salt
Preparation

Put salt and lemon pepper on crab meat.
Add onion, oil, vinegar and water.
Let stand for several hours.
