Mascarpone And Honey Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (500 gram) container Mascarpone cheese (Italian cream cheese)
    1/4 to 1/2 c. honey
    1 pt. heavy whipping cream
Preparation
    Let cheese sit in a bowl until slightly softened and ready for whipping.
    With an electric beater, whip cheese and cream together.
    While whipping, pour honey (to taste) into mixture. Whip only until mixture is thick but pourable, not stiff.
    This is a dessert cream; great poured over fresh fruit.
