Honey Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 1/2 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together and heat until very warm. Combine this warm liquid gradually with 2 cups flour and remaining ingredients.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Stir in remaining flour to make enough dough.
    Knead until smooth and elastic.
    Put in greased bowl and let rise until doubled.
    Punch down and divide into 2 loaves or 24 rolls.
    Let rise again until doubled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown and sounds hollow to tap.
    Brush the warm loaves with honey and butter mixture.
