Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can red kidney beans (No. 2 can)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 Tbsp. shortening
1/3 c. onion flakes or fresh onions
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Saute beef in shortening; add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
