Chicken Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless)
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dried onion
    3 Tbsp. cream
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 egg
Preparation
    Trim off loose pieces of breast.
    Put in processor with cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Blend together.
    Put on breast and fold over.
    Prepare bread crumbs.
    Beat egg in bowl.
    Dip breast in crumbs and then dip in the egg (repeat).
    Fry in butter and oil. Brown slightly.
