Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 tube Nippy sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli according to package directions.
Put back in pan.
Cut up cheese and add to broccoli.
Heat until cheese melts; stir often.
In another pan, melt margarine; add crackers and mix well.
In baking dish, alternate layers of broccoli, then cracker mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
You can prepare ahead, refrigerate, then heat for 15 minutes.
