Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thaw and drain
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables and soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper and onions (1/2 of can).
    Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake covered 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
