Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
    4 beaten eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. dry enchilada sauce mix
    2 c. lightly crushed corn chips
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onions.
    Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle olives over hamburger.
    Mix together eggs, tomato sauce, evaporated milk and enchilada sauce mix until well blended.
    Pour mixture over hamburger.
    Sprinkle corn chips over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until mixture is set.
    Add Cheddar cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
    Serves 4 to 6.
