Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cheapest ground beef
    4 Tbsp. curing salt
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Knead like bread 5 minutes a day for 3 days.
    (Keep it in the refrigerator.)
    On the 4th day, shape into 3 rolls; place on your broiler pan in the oven set at 160\u00b0 and bake for 9 hours.
