Individual Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    24 vanilla wafers
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth.
    Line muffin tin with aluminum muffin tin liners.
    Put a vanilla wafer in each.
    Fill with 3/4 cup of cream cheese mixture.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with cherry or pineapple topping after cooling them.
    Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
    Yield: 24 individual cheesecakes.
