Spanakopita(Spinach Pita) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fillo dough or struedel sheets, thawed
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stalk leek, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add spinach, onion, leeks, pepper, baking powder, cheeses and 1/4 cup butter and olive oil.
    Mix with a tablespoon. Brush a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with melted butter.
    Layer with 6 sheets of dough, brushing butter between sheets.
    Start spreading 1/2 cup mixture and alternate with one sheet; cover.
    Spread mixture evenly.
    Do this until you use all of mixture.
    Then use 6 sheets to cover top, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Cut in squares and serve.
    Can be frozen.
