Chicken Essex - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    2 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked)
    2 c. cream of mushroom soup or celery or chicken
    1 soup can milk
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, diced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and put in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, remove foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
