Brittles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    25 to 30 saltine crackers
    1 pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat butter and sugar to boiling; boil 5 minutes.
    Line 8 x 11-inch jelly roll pan with foil.
    Place crackers in 1 layer and pour batter mixture over them.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven until crackers rise.
    Melt chocolate chips in microwave and spread over crackers.
    Add nuts.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
