Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow squash, cut in cubes
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Simmer squash until just tender; drain.
    Combine sour cream, melted butter, cheese, salt and paprika.
    Stir mixture over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Stir in egg yolk.
    Next, stir squash into mixture.
