Scalloped Potatoes And Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 C butter
    2 Tbsp flour
    3 C milk
    1/2 C chopped, fresh onion
    2 tsp salt
    4 C sliced potatoes
    1/4 C chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp dill weed
    3 C sliced carrots
Preparation
    In large saucepan, melt butter.
    Add onion and parsley and cook until onion is tender.
    Blend in flour, salt and dill.
    Stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly and comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
