Strawberry Glaze Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. strawberries, halved
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan, stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and clear.
    Remove from heat, stir in gelatin.
    Cool.
    Place strawberries in cooled shell.
    Pour glaze over berries. Refrigerate pie before serving.
    Top with whipped cream.
