Apple, Pineapple, Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) unsweetened pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. reduced fat margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    artificial sweetener equivalent to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. chopped unpeeled red apples
    2 c. green grapes
    1 can mandarin orange slices
Preparation
    Drain pineapple juice into a saucepan. Add margarine and lemon juice; cook over medium heat until margarine is melted. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Add to juice mixture. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat. Add sweetener and cool to room temperature. Pour over the fruit. Toss to coat. Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
