Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    small pkg. lemon jello
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add lemon jello and cream cheese.
    Let set to cool.
    Add Cool Whip and chill until set.
    Yum.
