Plain Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. fat
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    6 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Scald milk; add sugar, fat and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Mix with enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
    Place dough in well-greased bowl.
    Brush with melted butter and cover with cloth. Put bowl in warm place and allow to rise until double in bulk.
