Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk, mixed with 1 tsp. soda
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
5 egg yolks
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Cream together the sugar, Crisco and oil until fluffy.
Add buttermilk-soda mixture, coconut and egg yolks, one at a time.
Add sifted flour and flavoring.
Bake in 3 well-greased and floured pans at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Remove from pans.
Cool completely.
