Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cut up
    2 stalks celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease a baking dish with butter.
    Spread with rice.
    Smooth soup over rice and pour over 1 1/4 cans water. Top with chicken, salted and peppered, skin side up. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
