Beer Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. beer
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cornflakes, finely crushed
    hot oil to fry
Preparation
    Dip fish fillets in batter, then coat with crumbs.
    Have 1/2-inch hot oil ready.
    Fry fish and drain on paper towels.
