Savory Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar stuffed olives, sliced
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. green noodles
Preparation
    Boil chicken in salted water; drain and reserve chicken stock. Bone and dice chicken.
    Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter; add Velveeta and melt.
    Blend in soup, mushrooms and olives.
    Add chicken and 1 cup of reserved stock.
    Boil noodles in remaining stock until done; add to chicken mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a large casserole dish.
    Serves 8 to 10.
