Chicken Mole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 clove garlic, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. Gebhardt chili powder
    4 oz. chicken broth
Preparation
    In a pan of boiling water, add the chicken breast with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and shred. In a frying pan, heat shortening; add garlic and brown slightly. Add flour and stir until well blended.
    Gradually stir in chili powder.
    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
    Add shredded chicken breast and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
