Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix, mix as directed
    1 lb. Kraft caramels
    stick butter
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt together caramels, butter, milk, chocolate chips and nuts. Pour half of cake batter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Pour caramel mixture over half-baked cake.
    Pour remaining cake batter over caramel. Add chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake 30 more minutes until done.
