Laura'S Worry Free Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2nd Nature egg substitute (5 eggs)
    1 c. sugar
    10 pkg. Sweet 'N Low sweetener
    3 cans Carnation low-fat evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. pure vanilla
    1 qt. powdered or nonfat milk
Preparation
    Cream sugars and egg substitute until smooth.
    Add evaporated milk and vanilla and mix well.
    Add nonfat milk and pour into freezer container.
    If larger than 5-quart freezer is used, add additional nonfat milk as required.
    May be topped with fresh fruit of your choice.
    This recipe was created for and tested by my family with a low fat, low sugar content.
    At last we can enjoy homemade ice cream frequently and guilt free.
