Steak Pizziole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (2 1/2 lb.) London broil boneless chuck steak
1 c. green olives
1/2 c. olive juice
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
salt, pepper, oregano to taste
1 (16 oz.) crushed tomato
olive oil
Preparation

Brown meat in large skillet.
Transfer meat in a deep baking pan.
Add green olives with juice.
Add chopped onion around meat, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.
Pour crushed tomato on top of meat.
Add olive oil on top of everything (about 1/4 cup).
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hour or until tender.
