Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. deluxe macaroni and cheese dinner
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c sour cream
1 1/2 c shredded cheese, divided
1 c salsa

Preparation

Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner following basic directions, brown meat; drain.
Add taco seasoning mix 3/4 c of water to meat. Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir sour cream into prepared macaroni dinner. Spoon half of the dinner mixture, 1 c of cheese and remaining dinner mixture.
Cover and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Top with salsa and remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered an additional 15 minutes.
