Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jumbo shells
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 (8 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    2 (15.5 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook and drain shells according to package directions. Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in Parmesan cheese and 3/4 of the Mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Stuff meat mixture into shells. Lightly grease pan and layer bottom with 1 jar spaghetti sauce. Place stuffed shells in pan and sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top of shells. Pour the second jar of spaghetti sauce on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
