Fudge Ribbon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plus 1/2 c. butter or margarine
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. plus 1 1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Preparation
    In small mixer bowl, combine 2 tablespoons butter, cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
    Beat at high speed until smooth and creamy. Combine remaining ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
    Blend well. Spread 1/2 batter into a sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter.
    Carefully spread other 1/2 of batter over the cream cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes but make first check at 40 minutes.
