Joanne'S Potato Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 boiled red potatoes
    10 hard-cooked eggs
    1 small chopped red onion
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lemon
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 qt. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel and cut up red potatoes.
    Peel and chop eggs.
    Add red onion, parsley, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Squeeze lemon and pour juice on salad.
    Slowly drizzle salad oil over salad.
    Stir in as much Best Foods mayonnaise as is needed.
    Refrigerate
