Mexi-Beef Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 c. bottle taco sauce
1/2 c. chopped jalapeno pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
tortilla chips
Preparation

Cook beef until pink is gone, drain.
Stir in cheeses, chilies, taco sauce, jalapeno pepper and eggs.
Transfer mixture to an 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean and top is golden brown. Serve warm.
Spoon onto individual plates and eat with tortilla chips.
