Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. can frozen unsweetened apple juice, thawed
2 Tbsp. tapioca
6 c. peeled, sliced apples*
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cook the apple juice concentrate and the tapioca until thick. Add apples to the hot mixture; stir until well coated.
Spoon into pie shell.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Add the top crust.
