Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. vinegar
1 can sauerkraut, thoroughly drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 jar pimento (middle size)
Preparation

Boil water, vinegar and sugar and let cool. Place chopped ingredients and pimento in mixing bowl with lid. Mix with sauerkraut. Pour liquid over all and marinate 24 hours. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
