Casserole Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 medium clove garlic
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. water
2 c. cooked wide noodles
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In skillet, brown ground beef with onion, garlic and seasonings.
Stir to separate meat.
Mix meat mixture, soup, water and noodles.
Place in 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Place cheese around edge of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
