Hamburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits
1 pkg. shredded cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg

Preparation

Cook hamburger and onion; drain off all the fat. Line a glass pie pan with the biscuits; pour the hamburger mixture over biscuits. Pour the cheese in the beaten egg. Stir and sprinkle all over pie. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until biscuits are done and cheese is melted.
