Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Put all ingredients in a bowl.
Stir vigorously until mix leaves side of bowl.
Press dough in bowl and make a ball.
Knead 10 times to make smooth.
On lightly floured surface, roll out to a 13-inch circle.
Place on pizza pan.
Turn up edge 1/2-inch and pinch.
Brush dough with 1 tablespoon salad oil, then put on topping in order given.
