Chicken Continental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. instant rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. parsley
paprika
1 can water
6 to 8 pieces chicken
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, add rice, vegetables and spices. In skillet, brown chicken in 5 tablespoons oleo.
Remove pieces. Drain off fat.
Add soup and water to frying pan.
Bring to boil. Scrape up bottom of pan.
Put chicken on rice.
Add soup mixture. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
