Weight Watchers Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) sugar free lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. blended smooth cottage cheese
    1/2 carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Cool.
    Blend cottage cheese in mixer or blender.
    Stir into cooled Jell-O and add Cool Whip. Can pour into graham cracker pie crust or into Pyrex pie pan.
